MOD MATCHER is an Australian online service that helps you check whether a second-hand 4WD part or accessory will fit your vehicle — before you hand over your money.
Why MOD MATCHER exists
Buying used bull bars, suspension, wheels and other 4WD gear can save a lot of money. But parts that look the same often aren't: a facelift or series change can mean different mounts, a bar may arrive without its vehicle-specific brackets, and offsets, clearances, airbags and sensors all affect whether a part really works on your vehicle.
Once freight and fitting are added, a part that doesn't fit becomes an expensive mistake. Sellers aren't always sure either. MOD MATCHER gives you a simple way to check the evidence first.
Evidence, not guesses
We look at your photos, part numbers, labels and the listing, then compare them with your vehicle's make, model, series and existing mods.
A clear answer
Every reviewed report ends in Green, Orange or Red, with the reasons, any missing brackets or parts, and what to ask the seller.
Honest about limits
We don't physically inspect parts or certify roadworthiness. If the evidence isn't enough, we say so and tell you what's needed.
How it works
